Dr. Claudia Kalish, DVM

About Dr. Kalish

Dr. Claudia Kalish, creator of The Lotus Center for Veterinary Medicine, founded the center to give Columbus-area pet owners a new, more attentive approach to veterinary care.

A 1999 graduate of the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Kalish has dedicated herself to treating small animals including cats, dogs, rabbits, ferrets and others. She has practiced in the Columbus area since 2000 and is a regular volunteer for the Humane Society of Delaware County.

She is professionally affiliated with the following organizations:
  • American Veterinary Medical Association
  • Ohio Veterinary Medical Association
  • American Association of Feline Practitioners
  • American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association

Jeanelle Green

About Jeanelle

Jeanelle has worked as a veterinary assistant for eight years, and has a special interest in practice management. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé Nick and her mastiff Mustafa. Also included in her family is a mixed breed dog, Lilly, and two cats, Alfie and Remey. Jeanelle also enjoys college basketball, making jewelry, and shopping.

Kim Sparks

About Kim

Kim graduated from Columbus State Community College, and achieved a BA in Equine Health Technology from Otterbein College. Since 2002, she has been a Registered Veterinary Technician which has allowed her to further her special interest in feline behavior and enrichment.

Kim currently has two greyhounds, Alice and Dice, as well as four cats, Epona, Kalma, Gaelin, and Stewie. She also enjoys being a foster parent for kittens through the Humane Society of Delaware County.
