The Lotus office is closed on Sundays.  Please expect communication to occur on the following business day. Occasionally, a Lotus representative may check inbound communication on Sunday Early PM.  

The office closes early on Wednesday, 12/24/25 at 11:30 am. We are closed on Thursday, 12/25/25. If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please contact or proceed to the nearest  Emergency Veterinary Hospital.

We will not have Veterinarian appointments appointments on 12/24/25-12/26/25. If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please contact or proceed to the nearest  Emergency Veterinary Hospital. 

We will have limited Veterinarian Assistant appointments that week for current patients only on 12/22/25-12/24/25. None are available 12/25/25 or 12/26/25.
